Texas City: A Small, Thriving City

Texas City is situated on the southwest shoreline of Galveston Bay, a busy deepwater port on Texas’ Gulf coast. A thriving petroleum-refining and petrochemical-manufacturing center, the city is so much more than natural oil and gas production. All residents can enjoy St. Patrick's Day & Little League Parade, Texas City Annual Art Festival, Juneteenth Celebration, Independence Day Concert & Fireworks, and Halloween Haunted House & Fun Night. A quick drive to Galveston, and you’ll find yourself enjoying an outing at Galveston Beach or the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier. Additionally, we are also surrounded by notable landmarks such as Haak Vineyards & Winery, Inc., Carver Park, and the Houston Ship Channel.
